مدیرعامل شرکت بهره‌برداری متروی تهران از رفع مشکل عدم آنتن دهی تلفن همراه در برخی خطوط متروی تهران خبر داد.
مسعود درستی در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا، در خصوص وضعیت آنتن‌دهی نامناسب تلفن همراه در برخی مسیرهای خطوط مترو اظهار کرد: معمولا با افتتاح خطوط یکی از مواردی که در اولویت قرار می‌گیرد پوشش مناسب آنتن تلفن همراه است و طبیعتاً در روزهای اول ممکن است با فراهم شدن زیرساخت‌ها این مسأله دچار نواقصی باشد.
وی با بیان اینکه سعی می‌کنیم در اسرع وقت مشکل عدم آنتن دهی تلفن همراه در برخی مسیرهای خطوط مترو را حل کنیم، گفت: با اپراتورها در ارتباط هستیم و سعی شده در اسرع وقت این مشکل حل شود.
درستی با تأکید بر اینکه پوشش ۱۰۰ درصدی آنتن تلفن همراه برای ما هم بسیار حائز اهمیت است، تصریح کرد: ممکن است ارتباط بی‌سیم به هر دلیلی قطع شود و در زمان بروز چنین احتمالی تلفن همراه جایگزین خواهد بود. به همین دلیل پوشش ۱۰۰ درصدی آنتن تلفن همراه نیز برای ما در مواقع احتمالی قطع ارتباط بی‌سیم بسیار مهم است.
مدیرعامل شرکت بهره‌برداری متروی تهران افزود: در حال حاضر تنها در بخش‌هایی از خط شش مترو این آنتن دهی ضعیف است و باید زیرساخت‌های مورد نظر فراهم شود و اپراتورها نیز برای گسترش شبکه‌شان همراهی و همکاری لازم را دارند؛ اما گاهی تکمیل این زیرساخت‌ها زمان‌بر است و تمام تلاش‌مان را می‌کنیم که در اسرع وقت اینگونه مشکل‌ها مرتفع شود.
