دبیر انجمن واردکنندگان تلفن همراه ارزبری بالا و عمل متقابل نسبت به تحریم‌هارا از جمله مهم‌ترین دلایلی عنوان کرد که مسئولان برای ممنوعیت واردات آیفون ۱۴به بالا مطرح کرده‌اند و گفت: به این ترتیب میزان واردات و ارزبری آیفون به شدت کاهش پیدا کرده، چرا که عملا از آیفون ۱۴ به بعد ثبت سفارش و رجیستری نخواهد شد و مدل‌های ۱۳ و قبل از آن هم دیگر تقاضای چندانی ندارد.
مهدی عبقری در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا، با بیان اینکه از زمان رونمایی از آیفون ۱۴، ثبت سفارش آن امکان‌پذیر نبود، گفت: بهمن ماه سال گذشته گمرک طی نامه‌ای اعلام کرد که واردات آیفون ۱۴ تا اول اسفند فقط برای مسافران امکان‌پذیر است و جزئیات رجیستری آن هم بعداً اعلام خواهد شد. در همان نامه هم قید شده بود که تلفن همراه آیفون ۱۴ و ۱۵ از طریق رویه تجاری و پستی ثبت سفارش نخواهد شد.
وی با بیان اینکه دغدغه انجمن این بود که اگر قرار است واردات مسافری صورت گیرد، باید واردات تجاری هم انجام شود، تصریح کرد: وارد کنندگان دغدغه‌های دیگری هم داشتند؛ از جمله اینکه با توجه به کاهش تولید آیفون ۱۳ بعد از رونمایی از مدل‌های جدید، آیفون‌های ۱۳ و قبل از آن که به کشور وارد می‌شود، عملاً کیفیت مطلوب را ندارند و ریپک یا رفرش هستند. همچنین این موبایل‌ها از طریق ارز حاصل از صادرات خود وارد می‌شود و ممکن است وارد کنندگان هم تخصص لازم را نداشته باشند.
عبقری با اشاره به برگزاری چندین جلسه مشترک و ارائه راهکارهایی از جمله افزایش تعرفه واردات آیفون به مسئولان مختلف، تصریح کرد: در ماه‌های اخیر انتشار اخبار ضد و نقیض در این رابطه باعث تهییج بازار شده بود. اما در نهایت پاسخ کلی که به انجمن واردکنندگان موبایل داده شد این بود که ارزبری آیفون ۱۴ و ۱۵ زیاد بوده است.
وی در پاسخ به اینکه چه تفاوتی بین ارزبری آیفون ۱۳ با مدل‌های بعدی وجود دارد، گفت: میزان ارزبری این محصولات متفاوت است. در اصل اکثر کسانی که به دنبال خرید آیفون ۱۲ و ۱۳ بودند، محصول مورد نیاز خود را تهیه کرده‌اند و تقاضای آن‌ها کمتر از مدل‌های جدید آیفون است.
دبیر انجمن واردکنندگان تلفن همراه، تبلت و لوازم جانبی با بیان اینکه استدلال دیگری که از سوی مسئولان مطرح می‌شود اعمال تحریم‌ها و عمل متقابل نسبت به آن است، گفت: در اصل تمام این اظهارات حاصل شنیده‌های ما از مسئولان است تا تکلیف اعضای صنف مشخص شود و جلوی سوء استفاده‌ها نیز گرفته شود. البته پیش از این سخنگوی ستاد مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز نیز در یک گفت‌وگوی تلویزیونی رسما اعلام کرده بود که واردات آیفون ۱۴ در تمام رویه‌ها ممنوع و خرید و فروش آن قابل رهگیری و جرم است.
به گفته وی به این ترتیب میزان واردات و ارزبری آیفون به شدت کاهش پیدا کرده، چرا که عملا از آیفون ۱۴ به بعد ثبت سفارش و رجیستری نخواهد شد و مدل های ۱۳ و قبل از آن هم دیگر تقاضای چندانی ندارد. چراکه بیشتر متقاضیان کالای مورد نظر خود را تهیه کرده‌اند و این مدل‌ها عموما قدیمی و از رده خارج می‌شود.
عبقری در پاسخ به اینکه تکلیف خریداران، به ویژه کسانی که در مدت زمان محدودی در بهمن ماه به صورت قانونی و به شکل مسافری آیفون ۱۴ وارد کرده‌اند چیست؟ گفت که این موضوع در حیطه اختیارات انجمن نیست و هنوز هم تصمیمی در این رابطه اعلام نشده است.
وی در پایان در پاسخ به سوالی درباره جدیدترین وضعیت تخصیص ارز به واردات موبایل نیز گفت که موضوع یکسان‌سازی ارز واردات موبایل نیز همچنان انجام نشده است.
