وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات با انتقاد از تماس‌های تبلیغاتی گفت: این غیرقانونی است و حتماً برخورد خواهد شد، ارسال پیامک هم قاعده و ضابطه دارد؛ اگر خارج از آن عمل کنند سازمان تنظیم مقررات باید برخورد کند.
عیسی زارع‌پور وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات در گفت‌وگو با تسنیم در زنجان، در پاسخ به سؤالی مبنی بر اینکه پیامک‌های تبلیغاتی سبب اذیت مردم شده است و راهکار مقابله با آن چیست، گفت: ما دستور داده‌ایم این موضوع پیامک‌های تبلیغاتی را قاعده‌مند کنند، البته قاعده و مصوبه دارد ولی بعضاً این شرکت‌ها تخلف می‌کنند.
وی افزود: همین امروز در جلسه با استاندار زنجان بودم که دو بار تلفن بنده زنگ خورد و بعد از پاسخگویی متوجه شدم که تماس تبلیغاتی است، تماس تبلیغاتی تخلف است و بنده دستور داده‌ام که حتماً برخورد شود و جریمه شوند و فوراً قطع بکنند، کسی حق ندارد به حریم خصوصی مردم ورود پیدا کند، مردم در ساعات مختلف شبانه‌روز استراحت می‌کنند و همان موقع گوشی آن‌ها زنگ می‌خورد و به‌عبارتی تماس‌های تلفنی تبلیغاتی مردم را آزار می‌دهد؛ این غیرقانونی است و حتماً برخورد خواهد شد.
وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات اضافه کرد: در خصوص پیامک تبلیغاتی قاعده و قانون وجود دارد و نباید خلاف آن عمل بکنند، اگر خارج از چارچوب و ضوابط باشد حتماً دوستان در سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی که متولی این کار است پیگیری و برخورد می‌کنند.
زارع‌پور گفت: هزینه رومینگ زائران در ایام اربعین نسبت به سال گذشته تقریباً نصف شده و کیفیت آن هم بهتر شده است.
